Pain points
- The website is not user friendly on smartphone
- The website's visual identity is not up to date with the company's current visual brand identity
Double Diamond process model
I used the Double Diamond process model because it has an emphasis on problem analysis as the basis for creating a solution for an external client. The model is particularly suitable for structuring a course with external collaboration and user involvement in the development of solutions.
